You were never meant to make yourself smaller so others could feel comfortable.

When you're constantly hiding your gifts, dimming your light, silencing your voice, or lowering your standards to fit into environments that don't truly see your value, it comes at a cost.

The stress, frustration, and exhaustion often come from trying to live in a version of yourself that isn't authentic.

Not everyone will understand your vision. Not everyone will recognise your worth. Not everyone will celebrate your growth.

That's okay.

Your job isn't to shrink until you're acceptable to everyone. Your job is to become more of who you truly are.

The right people, opportunities, and environments won't ask you to be less. They'll inspire you to be more.
