Your subconscious body—your neurophysiology—can get stuck in survival states like fear, stress, or shutdown. When that happens, no matter how much you want change, your nervous system resists it.

Many of these patterns are rooted in retained primitive reflexes, sensory imbalances, or emotional stress, keeping your body stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown.

I'm excited to be deepening my work as a Kinesiologist by specialising in Functional Neurology and nervous system regulation. I work with your nervous system to shift you out of survival mode—so healing, clarity, and transformation become possible.

Using techniques like primitive reflex integration, cranial nerve assessments, sympathetic down-regulation strategies, and a range of other natural therapies, I support your body to:

• Integrate retained primitive reflexes that may be contributing to stress and imbalances
• Improve movement, posture, and brain-body integration and communication
• Release stored emotional and psychological stress in your body
• Reconnect your mind and body for lasting change and transformation
