Creating sacred spaces where people feel safe, held and heard is something I take both very seriously, and also get immense joy from.
There’s this freedom that people find when they’re able to explore different aspects of themselves. When those parts that have been reacting, protecting, shutting down, shutting out, or people pleasing just to survive are given a safe space to come forward and be acknowledged.
But safety first. Always. Because those parts of you only started doing those things because at one point in time, it wasn’t safe. Or at least, it didn’t feel safe for you to be freely you.
In these spaces I invite you to be free. But to find your way there in your own time, in your own way, using tools that access the powerful layers of you that were always there.
You are the sacred space. What a privilege to be able to walk alongside you as you explore that truth.
