Your pillow may LOOK clean but if it hasn’t washed for a few months there’s probably 1000’s of dust mites and dead skin cells hiding in it 🤢

Most pillows (cotton, down, fiberfill etc) can be machine-washed, but hand-washing with gentle detergent is best for memory foam, latex etc.

If your clothes look or feel different after being in the dryer, consider this….

Drying heavy denim items with light weight shirts, underwear etc not only takes longer but can cause smaller items to over-dry or even shrink!

Tip - seperate by weight and your clothes will stay in great condition 😉.

✅ Washing in cold water prevents shrinking and extends garment life.
✅ Sorting colours and skipping fabric softeners prevent fading and fabric damage.
✅ Never fill the drum more than 2/3 full. Clothes need room to tumble freely to get clean!

70% of dirt on your clothes is invisible 🤢This is a bit gross - most of what makes our clothes dirty and smelly isn’t dirt, it’s a combination of sweat, body oils, dead skin cells, lotions and soap 🤢 🤢 🤮

If knowing that doesn’t make you want to put a load on right now I dont know what will 😉
