At Dash, we believe great support starts with a great team.
Our ongoing staff training helps our team continue building their knowledge, skills and confidence so they can provide thoughtful, person-centred support to the people we work with. πŸ’œ
Because learning never stops and neither does our commitment to creating meaningful connections and supporting people to embrace the sparkle of life.

Learn. Grow. Connect. Support. πŸ’œ

Loneliness can affect anyone, and sometimes the smallest gesture can make the biggest difference.

A message. A phone call. A coffee. A simple "How are you?"
This Loneliness Awareness Week, let us take a moment to reach out and create meaningful connections. πŸ’œ

We are honoured to share this heartfelt recommendation from DiM, a GP and family member of one of our participants. ✨

"This is a recommendation for Dash, if anyone requires a trustworthy company to deal with NDIS funded care. I am a GP and one of my daughters lives on my property with her daughter. My daughter has MS and will never work, yet continues to care for her daughter as a single Mum. Since my daughter has been accepted under the NDIS umbrella, her quality of life has improved significantly. From time to time I interact with the carers, who are wonderful. Libby is someone I see most, due to our work timetables. She is fantastic: respectful, hard working, with lots of life experience which we all value so much. Then there is Kat, who maintains my daughter’s area of garden. She is actually a horticulturalist who loves helping my daughter and granddaughter have a pleasant outdoor space. Then there is the 'boss', Mariana. She has built a company based on a genuine concern for helping disabled people do the things the rest of us take for granted. I know she has a tertiary degree in this area. Mostly, my life experience confirms that Mariana is committed to running Dash as a company that helps. As an elderly person now, 70 years old, I am grateful there are still companies whose primary concern is to help people with disability, rather than a company who overcharges. If you or someone you love has a genuine NDIS need, I could, and do, highly recommend Dash."

7 years. One family. One purpose. πŸ’œ

Today isn't about celebrating a business. It's about celebrating the incredible people who have chosen, every single day, to change someone else's life.

To Amy and Nicole, thank you for leading with compassion. Your care for our participants and staff doesn't stop when the office closes. I admire your dedication and team efforts.

To Bella, thank you for being the bridge between our staff and management. Your support, guidance and willingness to step in wherever needed make our team stronger every day.

To Andres, Seb, Emmanuel, and Emma, thank you for being the quiet force behind Dash. Every invoice, every payroll, every payment and every number tells a story of integrity, accountability and trust.

To Sebastian, thank you for constantly improving our systems and documentation, ensuring we continue to meet the highest NDIS standards while never stopping our pursuit of excellence.

And to every one of our Support Workers, Personal Carers, Gardeners and Cleaners...

You are not "just" support workers.

You are the reassuring smile after a difficult day.

The hand that restores dignity.

The person who brings hope into someone's home.

The reason our participants feel seen, valued and safe.

You are the heartbeat of Dash.

Seven years later, I don't measure our success by the number of participants we support or the hours we deliver.

I measure it by the lives you've changed, the families you've comforted, the independence you've restored, and the kindness you've shared when nobody was watching.

We are all Dash.

Thank you for believing in this dream, making it your own, and proving every day that compassion is the most powerful thing we can give another human being.

Happy 7th Anniversary to the most extraordinary team I could ever wish for. This journey belongs to every one of you. πŸ’œ
