✨ Yesterday I had the privilege of attending Karen Kelly's RESET TMJ 1 workshop. ✨

Karen asked if she could use my beautiful space to host her final workshop before heading overseas, and I was truly honoured that she chose The Heart of Mana.

It was such a lovely afternoon filled with learning, connection, and meeting some beautiful souls. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn more about TMJ and the incredible work Karen does.
