Eat wisely - you are what you eat ❤️
I have recently been the most balanced and motivated ever in my life and the foods what I eat is a big part of the reasons.
⭐️Market is always a better choice
I normally buy groceries from specific shops in my local market. (one shop for fruits/veggies, one shop for fish..) Because they have more fresh foods than supermarkets do and the quality is tremendously different and stable. And I know who sell them
⭐️Whole foods
More nutritious.
⭐️Don’t choose cheaper ones
In my experiences, there were always the reasons why it was cheaper, especially in terms of the quality and freshness.
Of course it’s always better to save some money, but make sure those could affect on you when it goes into your body.
