It’s true you’re never going to “confident enough” and you’re going to have to take those big bold steps (while sh****ng yourself 😩🤣).
But after years of talking therapy the biggest difference was creating safety in my body, first with a practitioner and then with my own practices.
Because you can logically understand why but the body needs to feel safe too.

No matter how you plan to give birth or end up giving birth, pregnancy, birth and postpartum are just as much a mental and emotional journey as they are a physical one.

I believe every woman deserves to feel supported. One thing I’m grateful for is that we live in a time where there are so many beautiful complementary therapies available alongside standard maternity care.

These were some of the supports I chose during my VBAC pregnancy 🫶🏻
