Exercise Right Week highlights how the right exercise, guided by qualified professionals, can improve health, prevent injury, support recovery, and help people move better for life 😁

We want to encourage as many people to get moving throughout the week of May 23 to May 30 in celebration of Exercise Right Week! 🎉

For the week, you’ll have the chance to accumulate more entries for the May-A-Thon Challenge by completing a walk, roll or run outside of the clinic and sending through your distance (km) to be in the chance to win a $50 health and fitness voucher! 🏆

Our EP Nikki and wonderful community member Kat are back again and taking part of the 5km MS Walk, Run and Roll on 31st of May at Albert Park!

This event helps raise vital funds and awareness for people living with multiple sclerosis and neurological condition that affects the brain and spinal cord impacting movement energy balance, and everyday function.

Every step taken helps support research, advocacy and services for Australians living with MS.

We’re excited to be involved in such an important cause and would love your support along the way!
