It was all hands on deck today for the Care Fast team — — and just as well, because the Mornington community had plenty of questions about how independent living can be brought to life with the right support.
For many people and families, navigating housing and support options can feel complex. Questions about available pathways, how funding can be used and what good support should look like came up throughout the day.
At Care Fast, our focus is always on people, not bricks and mortar. Every conversation starts with the individual — their goals, preferences, support needs and what they want their home and everyday life to look like.
A big thank you to the Disability Events Community team for giving us the opportunity to connect with the Mornington community and have so many valuable conversations.
