A common thread I see is humanity’s wanting & craving for change in their lives but not willing to look deeper than the surface. If you don’t bring your compassionate awareness & shine the light on whats hiding then healing cannot occur.

I get it is scary, confronting & uncomfortable as hell to move through the ick but it is necessary to create the change you want to see happen!

Grief is something we all experience at some point in our life & can show up in unexpected ways sometimes, especially around the holiday period.

This is your reminder to allow grief to show up as it needs, to allow it to be what it needs to be, approaching yourself with patience, love & compassion. 🤍

Things may look a little different now & that’s ok. It is also ok to create a new tradition or build on one already.

Honor a loved one or someone you miss by lighting a candle, cooking a dish shared, share stories. 🕯️

Allow grief to be expressed not suppressed. Talk to a trusted friend, family, counselor or support group.
