Proud to share that Nidhi Perception Pty Ltd has been granted special civil society accreditation for the UN High-Level Meeting on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response, taking place at UN Headquarters, New York, on 25 September 2026.
This accreditation reflects the growing recognition of mental health and lived-experience perspectives within global pandemic preparedness conversations.
Grateful to the UN DGC for this recognition.

Didn’t expect this conversation to go where it did. 🖤

Some people say the right words but never actually make you feel safe. Real safety is quiet. Someone who doesn’t try to fix you, doesn’t turn your story into gossip, and has already proven they stay before you even asked.

That’s who gets to see you fall apart.

Grateful to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from Wyndham City Council for my involvement in the SPARK Business & Innovation Hub mentorship program. It’s been a privilege to work alongside such inspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners, learning as much from them as I hope they’ve gained from the journey. Thank you to the SPARK team for creating this space for growth and connection. 🌟

Thank you for how yesterday’s video landed. One thing kept coming back to me since….

Where can we be weak? In front of whom?

Not everyone is safe to fall apart in front of. Some people hold it with care. Some use it against you later.

So be careful who you let in. Save your weak moments for people who’ve already shown you they can hold them.

This quote wrecked me a little this morning. 🖤

Somewhere along the way we started treating “strength” like the entry fee for being helped. Be strong first, then maybe we’ll sit with you.

But nobody shows up okay. They show up when they can’t hold it anymore.

Maybe the kindest thing we can do isn’t offer strength, it’s offering stillness. No fixing, no advice, no rushing anyone back to fine. Just presence.

Softness isn’t weakness. It’s the most honest thing we own.

Thrilled and deeply humbled to share that I’ve been named a Finalist for 2026 Counsellor of the Year at the Australian Allied Health Awards! 🏆✨

This recognition means so much. It reflects not just my own work, but the trust of every client who has shared their story with me, and the vision behind the Sentio Framework that continues to shape how I practice.

Huge congratulations to my fellow finalists Sarah de Pasquale, Calum Reid, Sivanart Marich, and Nathan Darvill. Proud to be in such incredible company. 🙏

Grateful, energised, and more committed than ever to the work of making mental health support more perceptive, more human, and more accessible.

Card 2 of The Invisible Mathis here. 🔔

You finally say the thing you’ve been holding in.

“I’m exhausted.”
“I need support.”
“This isn’t fair.”

And somehow, by the end of the conversation, you’re the one apologizing.

This has a name: DARVO— Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender. It’s a well-documented pattern where the person raising a real grievance ends up cast as the aggressor. You’re not imagining it, and you’re not “too sensitive.” The confusion you feel after the guilt that doesn’t quite make sense that’s the pattern working exactly as it does.

Naming it is the first step out of it.

New series alert: The Invisible Math ⏳

There’s a kind of math running in the background of your life, one nobody ever taught you, and nobody else can see.

Every “it’s fine” you didn’t mean.
Every fight you diffused before it even started.
Every need you quietly swallowed so someone else’s day could be easier.

None of it shows up on a balance sheet. No one hands you credit for it. Half the time, you don’t even count it yourself.

But it adds up. It always adds up.

Over the next 6 cards, we’re doing the math nobody else will naming the invisible labor, the silent costs, and why “she’s not too much, she’s just given too much” isn’t a slogan. It’s a diagnosis.

First card is up. Follow along this one’s for everyone who’s ever run the numbers alone. 👇

Today’s “Being Online” gallery launch brought together youth voices from Albania to Zimbabwe through paint, collage, and comic strips exploring digital overload, identity, connection, and belonging.

What stood out: despite vastly different cultural and political backgrounds, young people described strikingly similar experiences of life online. Not “good vs. bad” but layered, contradictory, deeply human.

Grateful to be part of conversations like these, where lived experience shapes the policy table instead of being spoken about from a distance. 🌍✨

The most underrated healing tool costs nothing and is available right now.

Not a supplement.

Not a programme.

Not another thing to buy or learn or fix.

Just the exhale.

Long. Slow. All the way out.

Here is the science:

The nervous system down-regulates on the out-breath.

When you exhale slowly, you activate the part of your nervous system that says:

You are safe.

You can rest.

The threat is over.

This is not a metaphor.

This is biology.

And it is available to you right now.

In the middle of the meeting.

In the school pickup line.

At 2am when nothing will turn your mind off.

One long exhale.

That is where regulation lives. 💛

Day 23 tomorrow.
