There are many ways of doing Yoga. With the body (Asana) with the breath (Pranayama), the hands and heart (Mudra, Karma)…but here is also another branch that often goes unrecognised: the yoga of supporting our fellow human beings. 🦋 The Veg Out Markets in St. Kilda are a staple in our calendar. Taking place on the first Saturday of every month, they are one of my favourite ways to connect with those who feed us, whose hard-work and connection to earth provide us with full bellies and even fuller hearts. 💐 If you’ve never been, I highly recommend. A wonderful wholesome beginning to the weekend! 💖
