Annalisa, our Director of Client Experiences is excited to be joining Eugene Martin from Nurse Next Door Werribee to co-present Understanding Your NDIS Plan – Making Sense of Your Supports as part of the Wyndham Learning Festival 2026.

Having worked in the community and disability sector since 2006, helping participants and families understand and navigate the NDIS is something we're very passionate about.

During the session, Eugene and Annalisa will talk about:
👉 How to read and understand your NDIS plan
👉 What the different funding categories mean
👉 Where funding can be flexible
👉 What to do once your plan is approved
👉 How to prepare for your next plan review
👉 Practical, real-world examples
We’ll also make time for questions and discussion.

Sometimes the most important part of support isn't what happens in meetings.

It's the phone calls that calm someone's worries.
The time spent listening when life feels overwhelming.
The advocacy behind the scenes.
The follow ups.
The problem solving.
The reassurance that someone is in your corner.

Support coordination is about so much more than connecting people with services. It's about building relationships, earning trust and walking alongside participants through every chapter of their journey.
