What is Morpheus8?
Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive skin treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to support skin rejuvenation.
The device uses fine needles to pe*****te the skin at controlled depths, delivering RF energy to the deeper layers of tissue. This process supports the skin’s natural healing response, which may help improve skin texture and firmness over time.

All in a day’s work! After an abdominoplasty/ tummy tuck, a bilateral breast reduction, and removing a skin cancer, I thought I would end the night with some botox for my painting subject! 😂

Sarcopenia… =loss of muscle mass… we don’t want it!! That’s why I make sure I do resistance training at least 2-3 times a week. These lovely ladies make sure I continue to challenge my muscles and that I don’t hurt myself. I haven’t felt this strong for a while!! This is part of self care to ensure I am physically and mentally able to give my best to my patients. Shoutouts to the 2 ‘model’ patients who just ‘graduated’ from my care yesterday… both of you are an inspiration!! Keep hitting the gym and all the very best as you continue with your weight loss/maintenance journey, and keep enjoying life!
