We believe it’s important to actually meet the people you work with — not just read reports behind a screen.

There’s so much you learn by sitting with someone, hearing their story, seeing their environment, and building genuine connections face-to-face. Every person is more than paperwork, funding, or a diagnosis.

Today, Emily & Eve were out in the community catching up with participants and services, because real support starts with real relationships 🤍

Sensory-friendly, budget-friendly, and only TWO ingredients 🙌
These pizza scrolls are perfect for working on independence, fine motor skills, and confidence in the kitchen.

✔️ Soft texture (great for sensory sensitivities)
✔️ Simple steps (no overwhelm)
✔️ Hands-on fun (roll, spread, slice)

Cooking doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful 💛
Sometimes the simplest activities build the biggest skills.

Ingredients:

* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* 1 cup self-raising flour
* Pizza sauce
* Grated cheese
* (Optional: ham, pepperoni, veggies)

Instructions:

1. Add Greek yogurt and self-raising flour to a bowl.
2. Mix until it forms a dough (add a little extra flour if it’s sticky).
3. Lightly flour your bench and roll the dough out flat.
4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
5. Sprinkle cheese and any toppings you like.
6. Carefully roll it up into a log.
7. Slice into scrolls.

Cooking:

* Air fryer: 180°C for 10–15 minutes
* Oven: 180°C for 15–20 minutes (until golden)
