For more than 3,000 years, true Ceylon Cinnamon has been prized for its delicate sweetness, complex aroma and remarkable heritage.

Unlike cassia—the variety commonly sold around the world—Ceylon Cinnamon (*Cinnamomum verum*) is native to Sri Lanka and is still carefully peeled and rolled by hand using skills passed down through generations.

At The Auburn, our cinnamon comes from our own fourth-generation family plantation, preserving over a century of history and craftsmanship in every quill.

It was an honour to represent Sri Lanka at the Pakistani festival Mango & Multicultural Food Festival and share the unique experience of authentic Ceylon cinnamon with the wider community. 🇱🇰

With more than 30,000 people attending, we were delighted by the incredibly positive feedback from such a large and diverse crowd. We’re truly grateful to have been part of this wonderful celebration! Thank you to the Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Melbourne for the recognition and the opportunity to be part of this special event.
