At Care Provisions, we believe mental health matters every single day not just in moments of crisis, but in the small daily experiences that shape how we think, feel, cope, and connect.

This month, we’re sharing gentle reminders, practical insights, and trauma-informed education to support understanding, compassion, healing, and resilience. 🌱

🧠 Mental health is not “just in your head.”
It is connected to our experiences, relationships, nervous system, body, sleep, stress levels, environment, and support systems.

✨ Some important reminders:

💜 Healing is not linear
💜 Trauma responses are survival responses
💜 Rest is productive
💜 Hypervigilance is exhaustion, not weakness
💜 Protective factors like connection, routine, sleep, and support matter
💜 Everyone carries unseen battles
💜 Your story deserves compassion, not judgment

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s move away from asking:
❌ “What’s wrong with this person?”
And move toward asking:
✅ “What has this person experienced, and how can we support them safely?”
