We’re putting a Biscoff twist on the viral mochi trend. 👀

Recipe:
Makes 4 serves.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Biscoff spread
1 banana, sliced
Activia Probiotics Yoghurt No Added Sugar Vanilla 4x125g
40g vanilla protein powder
4 rice paper sheets

Method:
1. Melt the Biscoff spread in a small heatproof bowl in the microwave until smooth.
2. Slice the banana.
3. Evenly divide the melted Biscoff, sliced banana, and protein powder between the four yogurt tubs. Mix to combine.
4. Soften each rice paper sheet by dipping it briefly in water until until, then place onto a clean surface.
5. Spoon one yoghurt mixture onto each rice paper sheet and roll tightly to form parcels. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until firm, then serve.
