🚨 Experienced Disability Support Worker Required – Donnybrook (VIC)
Australian Integrated Care Services (AICS) is seeking a highly experienced and committed Support Worker to provide ongoing care for a young NDIS participant in Donnybrook.
This is a consistent, long-hour opportunity (5 days per week) for the right candidate who is confident managing complex care needs.

👶 About the Participant
Young child requiring high-level daily care and monitoring
On continuous 24-hour feeds
Requires regular suctioning (every 2–4 hours, more if unwell)
Requires overnight monitoring and support
Needs assistance with feeding development and daily living skills
Supported by a dedicated family who require reliable assistance

🩺 Key Responsibilities
Monitoring feeds and ensuring safety at all times
Performing or assisting with suctioning procedures
Supporting feeding skill development
Assisting with daily routines, hygiene, and care
Community access (appointments, outings with family)
Maintaining accurate progress notes and reporting
Working collaboratively with family and care team

✅ Essential Requirements
Proven experience with high-care / complex needs participants
Experience with PEG feeding, suctioning, or similar clinical supports (highly preferred)
Comfortable with long shifts and consistent routine care
Strong understanding of NDIS documentation and reporting
Reliable, patient, and compassionate nature
Ability to work closely with families
