🚨 IMPORTANT NDIS UPDATE 🚨

Mandatory Registration for SIL Providers

Effective 1 July 2026**

The Australian Government has introduced new NDIS reforms requiring all **Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers** and certain **NDIS platform providers** to become registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

What Does This Mean?

✅ Improved quality and safety standards

✅ Enhanced provider auditing and oversight

✅ Stronger worker screening requirements

✅ Increased accountability and compliance

Key Deadline

1 October 2026**

Unregistered SIL providers must submit their registration application by this date to continue delivering SIL supports under the NDIS.

📅 Fortnightly Saturdays commencing 27 July 2026

About the Participant:
✔ Friendly and sociable gentleman
✔ Enjoys football, coffee outings, movies, walks and community events
✔ Values routine, positive relationships and community participation
✔ Requires support from a worker who understands both physical and psychosocial disabilities

Essential Requirements:
✅ Demonstrated experience supporting participants with Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy and Schizophrenia
