OK, missed a day yesterday ...... and interesting it was our morning routine.
But I'm onto it today .... who's with me??

Maybe it’s time to boost your productivity + add some healthy habits to your day by decluttering your....MORNING ROUTINE! 👊
Your morning regimen can set your mood for the day, either leaving you drained or energised depending on what you choose to focus on. If you consistently start your day off on the right track, you have a big leg up every day.⠀
👉🏻write your to-do list the night before + prioritise your goals + tasks.
👉🏻reduce decision fatigue by choosing your outfit the night before. It will save you time + your sanity.
👉🏻set your alarm 30 mins earlier. Get up as soon as the alarm goes off. DON’T press snooze!
👉🏻make your bed. It will kick start a chain of other good decisions throughout the day giving you a sense of taking charge.⠀
👉🏻resist the urge to reach for your phone to scroll social media + emails. Stay unplugged for as long as possible.
👉🏻get moving. Stretch. Skip. Walk. Cycle. Jog. Doesn’t matter what you choose. Just move for 15 mins or more.

👉🏻fuel your body with a brekkie that’s filling + satisfying. Super easy + quick to prepare, a nutritious smoothie can set you up with heaps of energy to tackle the day ahead. Perfect if you’re time poor + most importantly ticks off a good portion of your daily essential nutrients.⠀
