At My Support and Care, every smile reflects the trust, connection and meaningful relationships we are so grateful to build.

Having Kiki place her trust in us over the past year has been such a privilege and being part of her journey has been incredibly special.

Moments like these remind us that support is about so much more than daily care. It’s about building genuine connections, creating comfort and confidence and sharing the little moments of happiness that mean so much.

At My Support and Care, we’re pleased to share that Glenn has successfully transitioned into his new home.

This important milestone reflects the power of participant choice and control, with Glenn’s goals, preferences and voice guiding every step of the process. It has been wonderful to see him settling in so comfortably and happily.

We sincerely thank all providers, organisations, and services involved for their collaboration and shared commitment to achieving a positive participant-centred outcome. A special thank you also to Glenn’s family for their trust, support and involvement throughout this journey.

Moments like this remind us that when providers, families, and participants work together, meaningful outcomes are possible.

𝗠𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼.
This free community event brings together people with disabilities, their families, carers, support workers, and service providers. Our team will be available to discuss our supported and independent living options, NDIS support options and how we assist individuals with goal setting in order to create pathways to achieving their life goals.
