Fresh Summit Melbourne 2026 ✨

What an incredible 2 days of learning, connection and being surrounded by some of the best in the aesthetics industry.

Day one started with my first cadaver anatomy workshop. An incredible experience that gave me a much deeper understanding of facial anatomy, layers and structures. It was fascinating, but also incredibly humbling.

Then came a full day of advanced education covering anatomy, new treatment techniques and products, neck rejuvenation, hand rejuvenation, skin biostimulation and so much more.

I came home with a notebook full of ideas, plenty to take back into clinic and an even greater appreciation for the importance of anatomy, education and safe, considered treatment.

I genuinely love that this industry never stops evolving. There is always more to learn, and I’m excited to keep bringing that knowledge into Glow Aesthetic Skin Clinic.

A gentle reminder, in case you need it today 🤍

You do not have to shrink yourself, push through everything on your own, or keep putting everyone else first all the time.

You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to be cared for. And you are allowed to choose yourself too.

For so many women, that does not come naturally. There is always something else to do, someone else to think about, or a reason to wait a little longer.

But choosing yourself is not selfish. Sometimes it is exactly what brings you back to yourself.
And that matters.

One year in Hampton 🤍

This past year has meant so much to me!

Behind every appointment, every treatment, and every conversation, there has been so much heart. Building something as a woman, as a mother, backing yourself, showing up every day, and slowly creating a space that feels calm, safe, and full of care is not something I take lightly.

To every client who has supported me, booked in, referred a friend, shared kind words, or simply followed along, thank you. You have been part of this chapter, and I am so grateful for each of you.
