This regenerative healing rhythm gifts us many treasures, one of the most profound is that it releases energetic blockages that are stored within our being.

James is a certified Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator (nostril breathing)
From the age of 4 up until his early 30s James journeyed through a life of various illness & dis-ease. With debilitating autoimmune and nervous system issues James battled away trying anything and everything so that he could obtain relief. Spending so many years & monies on various treatments, surgeries & other western "medicines" only to receive little to no relief. Life became very numb and lonely., Though at the bottom of this abyss is where his journey to surrender began. James was guided into the laws of vibration using the remarkable healing capabilities of Sound. Little did he know he was also embarking on the quest of purpose. Shortly after James was gifted another wonderful treasure…. Rebirthing Breathwork - a breathing technique that was soon to take James into an even deeper journey of surrender. James now offers his services, empowering others to also embark on the journey to surrender.
