There are some people who leave footprint so deep on your heart that they become part of who you are.

It’s found in the lessons that shape us,
The strength we discover within when life asks more of us than we ever thought we could give,
The compassion we offer others because someone first showed it to us.

Some people may no longer walk beside us, but they never truly leave.

They’re in the way we love,
The way we keep going through life’s harder seasons,
The values we hold close,
The quiet moments when we hear their wisdom guiding us or the wind blowing through our hair.

Time changes so many things, but it’s never changed the love, the gratitude or the impact you had on my life.

🤜Which creates the same Negative emotions,

🤜Wonder why the same patterns and behaviours unconsciously or consciously keep repeating.

Whatever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is exactly what you will

To create different results in your life you need to create a different belief system and that requires a different level of thinking!

👉Heal your wounds,

👉Change how the emotions and memories are stored in the subconscious mind and nervous system,

🙌 You don’t need a permission slip to go after what you want or create the change in your life that you are desiring.
🫶 You deserve to heal so you can feel what it is like to heal these parts of you,
🫶 You deserve to prioritize your happiness and stop feeling so overwhelmed and undernourished.

The right doors won’t open for you until you are the version of yourself that’s supposed to walk through them.

This all starts and ends with you and how you are filtering the past, present and future.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀!

You don’t work out once and become fit, it is the consistent action steps that creates your desired outcome! 🤸
You don’t service your car once and never service it again, for a car to run at its best it needs regular maintenance and services. 🏎️

This is very similar and relatable to life and the journey of healing. ❤️‍🩹
💕 There is always another layer to heal,
⛓️‍💥 There are always new breakthroughs to experience,
🤗 There is always a new level of consciousness to move into, a new way of thinking!

Healing isn’t linear.

The universe is putting certain people, places, challenges and situations on your path to allow you to continue growing, evolve and to move forward to be the person you are truly meant to be.

That requires you to unlearn everything you have been conditioned to believe you had to be.
And believe me that can feel uncomfortable and frustrating at times. 🤯

👉Choose to allow yourself to healing, grow, learn and evolve on this journey!
👉Embrace each stage and trust everything is working out for your higher good even if it feels challenging in the present, there are lessons in every situation.

You cannot get to where you are wanting to go with the same level of thinking that got you to where you are. 💥

𝘼𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙣 ☀️

I want to thank everyone who took time out of their day to wish me a happy birthday and send beautiful kind wishes and messages.
I truly appreciate it, it’s mean a lot.

As I sit here feeding Eddie, taking 5 mins of stillness listening to the birds
I finished reading over all the beautiful birthday wishes and messages i have received, it got me thinking...... 🤔

Life can change in a heart beat!
Change is inevitable,
However we resist and fear change instead of embracing the opportunities change creates.

I would not be the person I am today if I didn’t take that step into the fear,
Investing in myself,
Doing the healing work which created change.

👩 Once we are adults we wish we were younger again!
👧 As kids we are in such a rush to grow up and be older,
We resent ageing and becoming older.
The thing is ageing and getting older is inevitable.
It’s part of life. 💥
You can embrace it and find the beauty in it or you can resent it and find the negatives in it.
Everything has a positive and negative charge and it’s up to ourselves what one we choose to focus on.

I see so many women and men hating on their body’s for ageing,
resenting their body and the process,
wanting to make changes to the way they look to look younger.

👉We will all have wrinkles at some point,
👉We will have dimples, stretch marks and cellulite at some point,
👉Some grey hairs turn into a few more
But each and everyone of us are beautifully different in our own unique way.

I feel there is so much conditioning and pressure to look a certain way,
There is so much photo shopping and unrealistic filters being used today that it is causing more harm then good.

Your body is a mirror of the mind,
Your mind believes what you tell it,
If you constantly tell yourself I feel old,
I am to old for this,
Then your body will produce thoughts, feeling and behaviours to create that reality.

🤔 What if last year you thought it was the year of your prime but it turned out this year is the prime year of your life?
🤔 What if every year was the prime year of your life?
Then every year would be limitless and every year you would be in your prime. 🔥

Your thoughts are very powerful.

Anything you associate I am with, forms an identity, a belief and a story to that statement or that label you have been.

You can use this as a positive statement to help you move forward or
You can use this as a negative statement that constructs you.

For example - if you say…
🤜I am depressed,
🤜I am an alcoholic,
🤜I am an anxious person,
🤜I have an addiction to XYZ
You are forming an identity, a story, a label and a belief to whatever statement that comes after the words I am!

These labels and identities are a
👉Symptom,
👉Pattern,
👉Behaviour
👉Coping mechanism,
The result of what is going on on a deep level!

🧠Your thoughts become your words,
🤸Your words become your actions,
🧘‍♀️Your actions become your habits,
💪Your habits, become your character,
💃Your character becomes your identity,
🌈Your identity becomes your destiny!

This is the power of doing the inner healing work and healing from the root cause because you heal what’s going on underneath the symptoms and as a result the symptoms then dissolves and disappears. 🙌
