You will spend part of your week working directly alongside participants, providing person-centred clinical care, while also contributing to the operational and clinical management of our services from the office.
Your Impact
As our Registered Nurse, you will:
✔ Oversee and coordinate the clinical care of NDIS participants
✔ Conduct health assessments and monitor ongoing health needs
✔ Manage medication plans and support safe medication administration practices
✔ Provide wound care and clinical interventions when required
✔ Attend and coordinate medical appointments and specialist reviews
✔ Mentor, guide and support our dedicated disability support staff
✔ Conduct clinical audits and promote best-practice standards
✔ Work collaboratively with our House Team Leaders and Allocations Coordinator to provide valuable clinical insight and leadership
Most importantly, you will help ensure that every participant receives safe, high-quality care that enhances their wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Current AHPRA Registration
✅ Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience, especially in age care.
✅ Community Nursing experience (highly regarded but not essential)
✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working with Children Check
✅ National Police Check
✅ Current Australian Driver’s Licence
✅ Reliable and roadworthy vehicle

• Has strong assessment, planning and care coordination skills
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
• Possesses sound medication management knowledge
• Has experience in wound care and clinical documentation
