SAGE Ritual of Staying
Water cools and fire warms,
I shape myself against the storms.
Softened skin and steady bones,
A temple built where I belong.
To rest, to mend, to move with grace,
To meet myself in time and space.
This ritual, this sacred art,
A pulse that holds a beating heart.
I oil the gears, I smooth the seams,
I bathe in light, I breathe in dreams.
With careful hands, I tend the thread,
A quiet vow to stay, not shed.
Weaving peace, I’ll start right here,
I gather time, each strand sincere.
For life is mine, a gift to tend,
And I will care until the end.
