Just 2 weeks into our Level Up Transformation Program and the results have been incredible already 🔥
As a group, we have now lost a combined 32.9 kilos… and that’s after only the warm-up week plus one full week of the program.
There’s still 5 weeks to go. We’re only just getting started.
But what makes me even happier than the numbers is seeing the habits being built:
✅ More walking
✅ Strength training consistency
✅ Better food choices
✅ Improved energy
✅ Better routines
✅ People starting to truly believe in themselves again
This week’s focus has been all about the “energy levers” that shape our day - taking a closer look at where our time, energy, and attention are going, and whether those habits are moving us forward or keeping us stuck.
We’ve also been diving into education around hydration and learning how nutrition, movement, mindset, hydration and daily habits all work together to influence health, energy, and long-term results.
We also had our first cooking demo of the program this week - Meatza 🍕 A healthier, high-protein alternative for when those pizza cravings hit, while still staying aligned with goals and building sustainable habits.
The momentum building inside this group right now is something really special 💛
