Many couples ask, when can my significant other go to work, sports and start having s*x again after getting their procedure?
β½οΈ Dr Blanks recommends to (even IF your partner is completely pain free next day) avoid ANY ACTIVITY that causes the sc***um down there to MOVE AROUND too much. Also avoid putting any PRESSURE down there particularly for the first 5 days after procedure.
β½οΈ Activities like jogging, deadlifting (anything over 20kg) or any activity that causes your sc***um to jiggle around too much, avoid for the first 7 days after your procedure. Cycling?... avoid that for at least 10 days.
β½οΈ Because s*xual activity often involves applying pressure to the sc***um, we tend to advise avoiding s*x for at least 7 days. Variations of s*xual activity that does not put pressure on your sc***um is fine from the next day (you can go back to having erections and ejaculations right after your procedure, just don't put any pressure on your sc***um!).
β½οΈ Most office workers go back to work the next day. We advise labourers do light duties in the next few days after their procedure to optimise their healing.
