Finally back to myself here in the land that is my home.

After a journey of the self that has required me too much energy, so many actions taken and emotion felt in a very short amount of time. In that time, everything felt that was changing and yet nothing had truly shift yet in this 3D world reality.

Now as I’m sitting with my trueself and I look in front of me, there are trees standing tall, remind me to look at my roots to find back my strength, never shaking - always present strong.

In my cup there’s Cacao from Samoa, as always holding gently my heart, soft as a whisper of love which is never lost - even if that space at times feels like an empty shell, deep void within the self.

There’s also the pain of the past wounds, that are bleeding again coming back alive in my awareness and adding to this as well the worries of an uncertain future, which are taking away some of my living breaths.

Here in this exact moment of chaos, now I found my centre again, as I am embracing all the experiences and I feel the overwhelming sense of responsibilities.

And yet there is a calm sense of being part of a bigger plan, still mysterious at times but I decide to surrender in trusting the guidance arising from within, knowing that the Divine is taking my hand, slowly showing me the way.

Farewell for now beautiful souls…

As I’ll take sometime away to connect and stay close to my family as their navigating life difficulties, there in the land where I was born.

Namaste to all the yogis that have showed up for themselves to my yoga classes at and beautiful community, you’ll be well looked after from@other wonderful teachers 🥰

And blessings to all the dear hearts that have connected deeply with their hearts in circles with me in Cacao Ceremonies, Sound + Energy Healing Journeys privately or in groups 🌸

Remember that you are love even when grief come to visit you, nothing can remove you from that inner feeling of heart’s belonging.

I hope you enjoy the poem I wrote yesterday as I was sitting in Tea Ceremony guided by my wife as tears and feelings were unravelling in my experience 🌀

The evening will be led by a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, Simone will open the space container with a cacao blessing, honoring all the lands and our ancestors. With cacao in your body vessel, you will be guided into a deep meditative state.
Cacao is a potent plant medicine which opens the heart space and allows the unveiling of the heart’s shadows. Bliss, joy, love, peace, sadness or a deep sense of stillness may be experienced.

>> SHAMANIC DRUM JOURNEY
Meanwhile Cacao medicine will move through all the layers of your being, you will be guided in an expansive Shamanic Drum Journey. Where the drum will play its own rhythm, blending with the energy of the space.

>> SOUND + ENERGY HEALING
Be lovingly held, physically, emotionally and energetically, through the vibrational healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, Shamanic medicine and ocean drums, Koshi wind chimes and flutes.
The group container will be charged with Universal Reiki frequencies and healing touch. Vibrational mists and herbal incense + smokes may be also used during the journey.

Yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be present in the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Also please bring the following items:
- water bottle
- eye-mask/bandana (highly recommended)
- any sacred or familiar items to support you (crystal, feathers, cushion, teddy bear, etc.)
- wear comfortable, warm, loose clothing that enables movement with ease
- please refrain from wearing strong cologne/perfumes (in respect of others with allergies)
- snacks, to ground after the Journey, before driving home
