I am introducing a weekly meal rhythm to Kara's Organic Kitchen, to bring a clear, supportive and consistent flow to your week. Life is busy. And we carry a lot of information in our brains, which is why structure and routine is so important to me. And I want that for you.
๐ฟ Each week on Tuesday mornings I will release 8 organic meals. Meals can be purchased in singles or in a meal bundle (see website for bundle savings).
