If you’re an ADHD millennial woman, the all-or-nothing promise of dieting can give a huge dopamine hit

Even when you know diets don’t work long-term.

If you’re feeling meh about your body, your health, or food right now, 
you’re not failing.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight or improve your health at the start of the year
