Streamers and YouTubers record up to 8 hours of continual talking per day! This classifies a high vocal load which can lead to vocal fatigue and overuse or unintentional misuse.

Using good equipment (headphones, mic, etc.) and watching out for things like reflux during long seated periods can help identify strain to your vocal health. Don't just "push through" when you're feeling tired - this can lead to more issues later.

Learn strategies to strengthen your voice for endurance and reduce the risk of developing vocal strain or burnout.

Join our Vocal Health Workshop this Sunday, 3rd May at 4.30pm AEST to learn practical tools and gain awareness for maintaining a healthy and strong voice so you can continue to do what you love with confidence.
