**Group Classes are Back!**
Bookings are now open for our new 4-week Alexander Technique group classes starting this July in Coburg and East Coburg.
Whether you’re completely new to Alexander Technique or have attended classes before, these small-group programs offer practical skills to help you reduce tension, improve posture and move more comfortably in daily life.
Choose from two programs:
✨ **Better Balance, Breath & Body Mapping**
A gentle 1 hour 4-week series exploring balance, breathing, posture and your own body’s design through guided activities and hands-on teaching. Daytimes on Wednesdays or Thursdays:
• Wednesdays 2pm, East Coburg (15 July – 5 August)
• Thursdays 11am, East Coburg (16 July – 6 August)
✨ **Alexander Technique for Body & Mind**
Longer 90-minute classes over 4 weeks that give you the tools to reduce stress and tension, improve coordination, ease of movement, breathing and overall wellbeing. Book Monday evenings or Saturday afternoons:
• Mondays 6.30pm, Coburg (13 July – 3 August)
• Saturdays 2pm, Coburg (18 July – 8 August)
More 4-week blocks start in August , October and November, making it easy to join a block that suits your schedule.
Special discounts are available when you book additional 4-week blocks or bring a friend.
