Muscle testing isn't a party trick. It's a skill and this is where you actually learn to trust it.

By the end of this unit, you'll perform a full Kinesiology energy balance with confidence: spot dehydration, ionisation, neurological switching, central vessel and thymus imbalances before they derail a session. You'll run origin/insertion and spindle/golgi techniques, apply proper pre- and post-evaluation, clear-circuit test and facilitate/inhibit muscles correctly — and know your skeletal anatomy cold.

This is the foundation everything else builds on.
