Just as the body has physical systems, it also has energetic systems.
When energy flows freely, we often feel vibrant, clear and balanced.

Practices such as Reiki and therapeutic massage support this natural flow of energy.

Balance within creates harmony throughout the whole being.
Your body holds more than just physical tension..always check in with yourself.

Our bodies constantly communicate with us.
Tension, fatigue and discomfort are often signals asking for care and attention.

But do you take time to listen to your body?

Ayurveda encourages us to listen to these messages and respond with supportive practices.
Awareness is the first step toward balance.

Let’s understand what your body is trying to tell you.

True wellness includes not only the body but also the spirit. This is the true teaching of Ayurveda.

Practices such as meditation, energy healing and mindful self-care help nourish this deeper aspect of wellbeing.

When we feel connected within ourselves, life often feels more balanced and peaceful. Trust me, I have been there.

One of the simplest Ayurvedic practices is also one of the most powerful 🌿

Walking barefoot on the earth can help us slow down, reconnect with nature and feel more grounded.

When life feels busy or overwhelming or too much on your mind, even a few minutes on wet grass can be a gentle reminder to come back to the present moment.

Take a breath. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Allow yourself to reconnect.
PS: Definitely was a good workout for my bunion 🌿🤗

In Ayurveda, seasonal change practice is known as Ritucharya.
Teaching us that our bodies are deeply connected to the rhythms of nature.

As the seasons change, our routines, diet and self-care practices may also need to adjust. Our daily routine and practice should try to sync with the seasonal changed. This helps the body to stay in balance accordingly to the season.

Living in harmony with nature supports balance and resilience.
This wisdom has guided wellbeing for thousands of years.

Do you often eat breakfast on the go, while driving, walking, standing, or watching your phone or TV?

I'm Ann from REVIVE Ayurveda in Ashburton, and I know many of us—especially busy mothers—do this too.

A key Ayurvedic tip is not to rush meals. Sitting calmly while eating helps your brain and gut connect, allowing your senses to send proper signals for digestion. Many studies have been done to support this.

Hence, remember this tip while you eat. Your digestion affects more than just your stomach🌿

Many modern and current health concerns are connected to an overactive nervous system.

When the body remains in a constant state of stress, it struggles to restore itself.

Ayurvedic therapies such as Ayurveda Massage and Shirodhara help activate the body’s relaxation response. Practices such as meditation, pranayama, and Reiki contribute to restoring balanced breathing and initiate the activation of the parasympathetic response.

When the nervous system settles, the body can finally begin to heal.

In REVIVE Ayurveda, Ann offers Ayurveda Massages, Shirodhara, Reiki and One-to-One Meditation to help restore your balance.

Your body is asking for support. DM to book or enquire.
