Sometimes the most important thing you can do is stop long enough to hear your own thoughts.

Not the opinions of others, not your to-do list or another piece of advice.

Listening to what your heart has been trying to tell you for a while.

Many women know something needs to shift.

They can feel it.

But they haven't had the time, space, or stillness to explore what.

That's why I created Soulstice.

A cosy winter solstice gathering for women who are craving a pause.

An uninterrupted conversation with themselves.

A sacred journey within.

Together we will gather in a warm and nurturing space to journal, meditate, reflect, enjoy poetry, seasonal rituals and high tea, surrounded by like-hearted women who are also choosing to slow down and listen.

We'll explore:

I've been having a few conversations with my younger self recently,
sitting with her,
nurturing her,
reassuring her,
thanking her,
and letting her know that so many of the things she worried about eventually worked themselves out.

That the dreams she carried in her heart mattered.
That her sensitivity would become a gift.
That her voice would one day be heard.

It's been very healing! Reaching the midlife point and reassessing values and priorities has been reinforced with this eye-opening practice. Patterns have emerged and it was empowering to release them.

You may enjoy this practice too to take a moment to dialogue with your 'little me'.

Take out your journal and find a photo of your younger self.

Ask her:
"What would you like to know about my life today?"
Listen to her questions, to her wisdom.
Then answer.

I wrote an intimate piece for the launch of .

It was very therapeutic to dive into the depths of my heart, write about loss, how it felt, and talk about the rise after the unraveling.

I unveil the conversation between me and my soul on pages 120-121 of Issue 01.

✍️My invitation to you is this:
- Make yourself a cup of tea & pause for a moment
- Open your journal & soften into yourself
- And write a letter to your soul:

A letter to the parts of you that have grieved, endured, unraveled, risen, and become.
A letter that honours not only what was lost, but also what was found in the becoming.

Your soul already knows the words.
You just have to listen tenderly.
