The ANMF is the largest union in the country with over 302,000 nurses, midwives and carers joining strongly together since 1924. The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Federal Office represents our members in federal industrial, professional and political arenas, getting decision-makers, politicians and bureaucrats to enable nurses, midwives and carers to provide quality patient care. Our Branches are there for you when you need support and representation, when you have a workplace issue, to help you with education, professional and career development, campaigning for improvements to wages and conditions or when you simply want to talk to other nurses, midwives and carers.
