Need a Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings more than a title?
I bring a PhD, Master of Social Work, Master of Counselling, BA in Education, Certified Mental Health Social Worker credentials, and hands-on NDIS sector experience.
But qualifications alone are not enough.
Participants and families need someone who will listen, understand the reason behind behaviours, work collaboratively with the whole support team, and build practical strategies that can actually work in everyday life.
As your Behaviour Support Practitioner, my focus is not simply on managing behaviour.
It is on understanding the person, reducing risk, building capacity and improving quality of life.
If you are looking for a BSP who combines clinical knowledge, disability-sector experience and a genuinely person-centred approach, I am currently welcoming new participants.
