Group-Based Day Program Launching August 2025 in Tarneit & Hoppers Crossing, VIC

CCR is launching a new Group Program designed to support individuals in building social connections, developing life skills, and enjoying creative and recreational activities in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Program Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
✨ Every second Saturday of the month is Adventure Day Weekend – a fun-filled day exploring local attractions or enjoying themed in-house events.
📅 Monthly calendars provided in advance so participants and families can plan ahead
👥 Led by our skilled and experienced team

📍Colac, VIC| Shifts: 4 to 8 hours + Sleepovers

Are you passionate about making a difference in someone’s life? We're looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team and support a young man in achieving his goals.

About the Role:

Shifts vary from 4 to 8 hours, including sleepover shifts

You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care, manual handling, and community access

Work closely with a young man and a very supportive family.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in manual handling and personal care
✅ A proactive attitude – able to take initiative and problem-solve
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Reliable and flexible availability

Qualifications & Checks Required:
📌 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
📌 NDIS Worker Screening Check
📌 Working with Children Check (WWCC)
📌 First Aid & CPR (Current)
📌 Manual Handling training (essential)
📌 Driver’s License (essential)
