g the body and preparing it for deep relaxation. A diverse schedule caters for all abilities and preferences, including Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Kundalini, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga and Mat Pilates. There’s an ever-evolving array of workshops and events on offer, from yoga teaching training to sound baths and reiki courses. Susan also hires out the space as a functional venue for practitioners to run their own classes and retreats

After a series of incredibly powerful journeys at St Andrews Beach, we’re so excited to announce that for the very first time, we’ll be bringing our immersive 9D Breathwork experience to Dromana Shala.

✨ 9D BREATHWORK: Stress & Anxiety Regulation

A deeply calming somatic breathwork journey designed to help regulate your nervous system, release overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and reconnect you to a greater sense of calm, clarity, and inner peace.

Modern life can leave us constantly switched on.
Stress, emotional overload, overthinking, tension, poor sleep, and anxiety can quietly build within the body over time — leaving us feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unable to truly slow down.

This journey is an invitation to pause.

Guided by our great mate Lee from A Journey To Sacred, this fully immersive 9D experience combines advanced somatic breathwork with subconscious audio, sound healing, frequency, and nervous system regulation techniques to support deep emotional and physical release.

This October, our great mate returns to Studio Paradise to facilitate his transformational Vocal Sound Healer Training at our St Andrews Beach Shala.

25th October – 1st November 2026

This immersive 8-day training is designed to help you reconnect with the power of your voice through sound healing, vibration, frequency, meditation and deep self-expression.

And just to be clear… this training is not about learning to sing perfectly.

This work is about learning how to properly use, project and trust your voice.
It’s about confidence. Presence. Authentic expression. Unlocking your true vocal potential ✨

Whether you’re a yoga teacher, sound healer, facilitator, musician or simply someone feeling called to express themselves more fully in life… this training is truly for anybody.
