NDIS Client Intake & Engagement Coordinator (ABN Contractor)
Location: Remote | Melbourne preferred
Care Spade is seeking an experienced NDIS Client Intake & Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team on a flexible ABN contractor basis.
As the first point of contact for participants and families, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive onboarding experience and helping connect people with the right supports.
Responsibilities
• Answer participant enquiries and conduct intake calls.
• Gather participant information and assess support needs.
• Explain Care Spade's services and the NDIS process.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Liaise with participants, families and service providers.
• Follow up enquiries and support a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements
• Experience working in the NDIS sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of NDIS supports and services.
• Current ABN.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• National Police Check.
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.
