Standing alongside these beautiful horses shifts everything into a steadier rhythm. Their calm presence settles your mind, and their strength makes you feel supported. It’s therapy that doesn’t need words, just breath, touch, and trust. And this time, when I intentionally tuned into their energy, I felt tingles move through my whole body.

Standing beside an animal so certain, so alert, and so intuitively aware was unbelievably powerful. It’s like they knew exactly what I needed without me having to say a thing.

I never got the chance to say goodbye, and that’s something that has stayed with me. Today marks 38 years since my brother Adrian passed. His loss taught me a great deal about life after death, and it became one of the experiences that shaped who I’ve become and eventually guided me toward the healing space.

My path into this work wasn’t defined by a single moment, but by many experiences, lessons, and turning points over the years. His sudden death was one of them, a moment that opened my eyes to the depth of human emotion, the resilience we discover in ourselves, and the ways we search for meaning when life changes unexpectedly.

I share this because it’s part of who I am. Our experiences shape how we show up for others, and this one continues to guide me. I’m here to support people through the moments that have shaped them and their lives.
