Fantastic to join the National Reconciliation Week Family Day at Barrbunin Beek Aboriginal Gathering Place over the weekend! Each year, Barrbunin Beek invites community to celebrate connection and build stronger relationships in the spirit of Reconciliation.

The Carer Gateway team enjoyed connecting with carers and highlighting the free, confidential support services available to First Nations carers. Big thanks to Barrbunin Beek for hosting such a meaningful event!

What a wonderful afternoon at the Women of West Heidelberg’s Biggest Morning Tea… in the afternoon! ☕💛

There was plenty of fun, food, laughter and games shared by all. With cancer touching so many people across our lives, this special community fundraiser will see $1102.50 donated to the Victorian Cancer Council to support the ongoing fight against cancer.

A big thank you to all our special guests, volunteers and community members who helped make the day such a success and raise funds for an important cause.

Today is National Sorry Day. We remember and honour the Stolen Generations — Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children who were forcibly removed from their families, Communities, Country, and culture under past government policies.

This year’s theme, From Sorry to Action, reminds us that truth-telling must be matched with action to support healing, justice, and equity for survivors, families, and Communities.

As we head into , we encourage everyone to listen, learn, and support community-led healing.

That's a wrap on Victorian Law Week! We co-hosted 'Law is Child's Play' - an opportunity for young children and their families to explore rules, rights and responsibilities through imaginative games and stories - and 'Our Rights, Right Here' to delve into how law shows up in everyday life.

Thank you to our community, partners and workforce for making this year's Law Week such a success - we're thrilled that so many individuals and families were keen to learn more about law!

Holstep Health proudly supports the National Walk for Truth and the journey toward truth, respect and reconciliation.

We're committed to listening to and learning from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as we work to help close the health gap that exists between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous people.

Travis Lovett is walking more than 800km from Naarm-Melbourne to Canberra between 19 April and 27 May to support a national truth-telling process developed in partnership with First Nations peoples.

The Walk for Truth raises awareness of the ongoing impacts of colonisation and the importance of recognition, equity and shared understanding. See how you can support: https://loom.ly/fndHFD8
