Working together to prevent family violence 🤍 yesterday, 15 members of the Holstep Living Well group attended a special recognition event alongside St Margaret's Anglican Church - Eltham and Melbourne Anglican Preventing Violence Against Women Program at St Paul's Cathedral, Melbourne.

Holstep participants have contributed some of the artwork on display in the new exhibition 'Art as Healing: Voices Against Violence' which explores themes of trauma, healing, resilience and hope through art. The exhibition is on now until the end of June in the Transept Gallery at St Paul's!

Men's Mental Health was in focus with a candid online conversation featuring author and advocate Holden Sheppard.

Holden shared insights from his life and writing, sparking honest conversations about identity, belonging, masculinity and mental health. His openness reminded us of the power of storytelling to challenge stigma, build understanding and create space for people to feel seen and heard.
