You’re not imagining it — and you’re not alone.
Perimenopause and menopause can affect more than periods, sleep and mood. Falling oestrogen can also change bladder, pelvic floor and vaginal health, leading to symptoms many women feel embarrassed to talk about.
You may notice:
• leaking when you cough, sneeze or exercise
• a sudden or frequent urge to urinate
• more urinary tract infections
• dryness, irritation or discomfort
These symptoms are common, but you don’t have to simply live with them.
