Today Rosewood Gardens had some very special little vistors. Clever Kids Child Care & Kindergarten joined our residents for a meet and greet, bringing along thier favorite toy as a way to open lines of communication. It didn't take long before both children and residents were singing together, chatting and introducing themselves to the group. It was just lovely to watch the smiles on all faces. We are looking forward to their next visit in two weeks time with a little Halloween Trick or Treat Afternoon tea. Can't wait to see these little people all dressed up in their costumes.

Ferragosto, or Assumption Day, is an ​Italian national holiday held on the 15th August. Today Rosewood Gardens brought a touch of Italy to its dining tables and our residents, who enjoyed a feast of traditional Italian Pizza along with all the trimmings and a few Dean Martin tunes. Lovely to see such wonderful smiles and our residents enjoying a small taste of all things Italian.

Rosewood Gardens residents were entertained by the wonderful voice of Dean today. Lots of singing, clapping and a little dancing gave us all a bit of exercise and lots of enjoyment. Thanks for dropping by and spending some time with us Dean, we loved it.
