Your body can only heal in safety.

You can eat all the “right” foods…
but if your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight, your body shifts into survival mode.
In this state:
→ digestion slows down
→ nutrient absorption is reduced
→ healing becomes less of a priority for the body

This is why so many people are doing “everything right” but still don’t feel well.
Because health isn’t just about food…
it’s also about how safe your body feels.

Not all protein is the same! 🧑‍⚕️ Did you know that animal proteins—like beef, chicken, and fish—put stress on your kidneys? 😲 Within hours of consumption, your kidneys go into hyperfiltration mode, dramatically increasing their workload. This can be taxing over time!

On the other hand, plant proteins (like beans, lentils, and tofu) cause virtually no stress on your kidneys and are gentler on your body. 🌱💪
