We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who shares our passion for supporting neurodiverse children and young people through a child-led, strengths-based, collaborative, and naturalistic approach. This role offers the unique opportunity to deliver therapy where children learn bestβin real-life environments, meaningful relationships, and authentic community experiences.

Supporting a child to develop emotional regulation while exploring the community
Building independence skills through real-life experiences
Coaching families and support teams in natural environments
Running social groups that focus on genuine connection rather than compliance
Collaborating with educators, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to create meaningful outcomes
Helping shape innovative therapeutic programs that blend therapy with fun, belonging, and participation
We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
β
Has experience working with neurodiverse children and young people
β
Values neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice
β
Enjoys working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
β
Thinks outside the therapy room and embraces community-based supports
β
Is passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and social connection
β
Is available for weekend work and flexible community-based supports
