🪷Avalokiteśvara embodies conpassion that transcends distance, hears the cries of beings everywhere responds instantly, without spatial limitation, operates through non‑dual awareness (no “here/there”, no “me/you”), and manifests simultaneously in countless forms.

🪷 Avalokiteśvara’s core quality links to 3rd symbol - “the true human being is right mindfulness” which describes the state in which distance ceases.

🪷Avalokiteśvara - bodhisattva hears suffering because there is no distance between self and others.

🪷3rd symbol - HSZSN dissolves time/space which correlates with Avalokiteśvara’s omnidirectional responsiveness. HSZSN is used to work across past lives, karmic patterns, future potentials and remote beings.

🪷Amitābha is seen in the crown - 2nd Reiki Symbol of awakened awareness.

🪷HSZSN is the symbol for consciousness — Avalokiteśvara is awakened compassionate consciousness. Therefore the 3rd symbol is not about “distance healing” at all - it is consciousness itself - right consciousness or right mind.

🪷Avalokiteśvara is the personification of awakened consciousness functioning as compassion.

A Reiki healing session is a simple, non-invasive treatment where the practitioner places their hands gently on or near the body — fully clothed, at your own pace, in a calm and supportive space.

Life has a way of creating tension we don't always notice until it settles deep. Stress, emotional weight, disrupted sleep, a mind that won't quiet down — Reiki works gently with the body's own energy to help ease those knots and restore a natural sense of balance.

Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer and more like themselves.

Sessions are available in person at the Rimé Institute in Belgrave, nestled in the Dandenong Ranges — or as an absent (distance) treatment if you can't make it in.

Perfect teaching 🪷

Sometimes I wonder if we've started performing spirituality instead of living it.
Not every moment of peace needs to be filmed.
Not every meditation needs an audience.
Not every act of kindness needs to be posted.
The deepest spiritual practice often happens in the quiet moments that no one else sees.
Whether it's Reiki, meditation, prayer, or simply sitting with someone in their suffering, the intention matters more than the performance.
May we spend less time trying to look spiritual, and more time becoming kinder, wiser, and more present.
Sometimes the most powerful healing happens when no one is watching.
