Chocolate Chickpea Biscuits.
Wet Ingredients
1&1/2 tsp psyllium husk
1/3 sunflower seed butter
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup maple syrup
Dry Ingredients
1 cup chickpea flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 salt(Himalayan)
1/2 cup vegan chocolate buttons.
Oven 180 degrees C
Mix psyllium husk and water, let sit till it thickens, then add the sunflower butter and maple syrup, whisk together until combined.
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Add wet to dry and then fold in the chocolate buttons..
Using an icecream scoop, approximately 2 &1/2 tlbs size, place on a baking sheet, press out to biscuit shape and Bake for approximately 15 mins.ENJOY
